Born in Ealing, London in 1945, John Graham McVie earned his reputation during the British blues boom of the 1960s with John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers before helping to form Fleetwood Mac in 1967. The band is named after drummer Mick Fleetwood and McVie himself, and the two remain the only musicians to appear on every Fleetwood Mac release.
