Bob Dylan - Miniature Guitar

Born May 24th 1941, Robert Allen Zimmerman (Bob Dylan) has been one of the most influential figures in popular culture for six decades.

Songs like Blowing In The Wind and The Times They-are-a-Changin' became anthems for the Civil Rights and Anti-War movements in the early to mid 60s. Those songs along with countless other Dylan compositions have been covered by hundreds of artists over the years.

Even though Dylan caused a furore among fans and critics alike in 1965/66 when he started to use electrically amplified instruments, it was for his acoustic material that he was most widely recognised.

The main difference with his guitar was the material used in the body top construction. This was the rare Adirondack Red Spruce. The back and sides were made of grade AAA Flamed Maple, the neck was two-piece Maple and the fretboard inlays were Mother Of Pearl Bella Voce. The ornate double pick-guard was also decorated with Mother Of Pearl dot inlays.

All miniature guitars are shipped in display box and include a miniature guitar stand
